At Red Robin

Following Ted and Kim’s advice we ate good Burgers at Red Robin. Then we went to watch “Fireproof” the movie in a sold out theater. Had to sit in the second row.  Nice evening with Karin and Trevor.

I am amazed how many people are visiting Door County yet.  Mostly the over fifty and retired crowd.  The only place less populated is our campground.  Only two other folks in the trailerhood.  So it is quiet and I can use the WiFi in the camper lounge and not have lots of teens eating up [...]

Weather Report

Monday – Damp and Drizzle. Cold but the soup at noon tasted good.  Finished reading “Out Stealing Horses” by Norwegian author, Pettersen.  Typically depressing Scandinavian novel.  Gray skies befitted the mood of the novel.  Must turn to something with more sunshine. Will start reading, “Play Ball” by Garagiola.  Kathy is scrapbooking away the dreariness.

Away

We are taking our last week of vacation this week. Somewhere between Packerland and the Vikings we will enjoy the sights and scenes of October in the Upper Midwest.  At least two things we will see for sure:
