What I Made For Lunch

Better than Burgers Broiled Tuna Melts:
Mix together:
1 small can albacore tuna
1/4 cup red onion (fine dice)
1/2 cup celery (fine dice)
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
dash pepper
Slice 2 English Muffins then butter them
Place tuna mix on each muffin slice
Top with grated cheddar cheese
Place on cookie sheet
Broil for 5 minutes.
Enjoy!

Sweater Weather

Man, it got colder!  Time to put my short sleeve shirts away and take out the sweaters.  That’s how we measure time up here on the Great Lakes.  It is a good time and coffee tastes better but also the craving for donuts resumes!  Speaking of donuts…
