We had a lot of fun feeding 30 people a seven course dinner served from 6:00 until 10:00 PM last Saturday at Zion. These two amazing people, Steve and Kris, out did themselves by arranging the evening. Kris put in a gazillion hours prepping for the event.  She calls me the Sou Chef but all I did was dishes for the most part. Jameson and Kayleigh did a lot of prep and plating.
