We watched the game in our hotel room going back and forth between hope and despair. When Arizona went ahead with two and half minutes left in the game I called my family in Arizona. My brother was at his son’s place, and although cheering with the recent touchdown, caution was in my brother’s voice, “But Pittsburgh as 2:37 minutes to come back…”
And they did.
Boo-hoo.
But it was a super game to watch. The way super teams should perform. (Minus all the penalties!)
Today we begin learning new things, meeting new people, and reconnecting with fellow Covenant pastors. God is good.
