Poem: Racine Kringle

kringle, originally uploaded by pastor_steve_p.

There is a certain pastry
That is above all others
It has a wondrous taste
The mother of all mothers.

It really tastes so good
A danish filled with love
No doughnut can compete
With filling from above.

What is this treat you ask?
That stands alone and single
Why it is to for die for -
Of Course its Racine Kringle!

My magnifying glass tells me you’ve been devouring the Raspberry Cheese version. You sure whet our appetites but you didn’t leave us much, did you! 8-) Guess I’ll have to head for the Pig and pick up my favorite, pecan. And hey, that would taste pretty good with Caribou wouldn’t it! Guess I’ll have to pick up some of that too. HOWEVER, THIS WEEKEND WILL BE THE END OF INDULGENCE . . . Maybe. 8-)
