This morning Kathy and I fly to Toronto for the weekend wedding of one of my best clergy buddies, Jim.
After over four decades of singleness, God finally brought him the right “match.” Presbyterian providence.
Now he can light the fire to his single days and be an attached married man. I pray his marriage will be “fire proof.” (See the movie.)
Jim was in my Doctor of Ministry Course (Pittsburgh Theological Seminary Class of 1992)and we were among 3 out of 12 that finished the course and disertation in the expected three year time period. Life is too short to let theology drag you down!
Should be a fun weekend, eh?

Steve and Kathy! Toronto is great! When Cathy and I were in Jamestown, we went up there to see “Phantom” at the Pantegis Theater. Go to the CN Tower and go to the top, and look “down.” You’ll know what I’m saying.
Can you get The Big 10 Network up there?????
Have a Tim Horton’s donut!
Congrats to your friend.
with infinite hope, Jim
