Only in America…

June 30, 2008

Only in America can a pizza get to your house faster than an ambulance.
Only in America do drugstores make the sick walk all the way to the back
of the store to get their prescriptions, while healthy people can buy
cigarettes at the front.
Only in America do people order double cheeseburgers, large fries and a
DIET coke.

THE MOST IMPORTANT FREEDOM

June 29, 2008

Poem

June 23, 2008

Kathy brother, Jeff, leans over to look at a scrap book in his wife, Ginger’s, arms.
Letitia looks on.

Kirsten, our niece makes a comment as a cute 16 year-old can do.

Kathy, Ginger, and Letitia chuckle about some stroy from the past!

Tim, Jeff, and Eric also have a laugh about something.   It is the fist time being [...]

June 22, 2008

Jeff and family are on the way here from Milwaukee.  Tim and Letitia are in Two Rivers and will be here when Aunt Frieda comes over.  I think I need to start frying brats – I checked the radar and it looks like more “Pop-corn” type cloud bursts are on the way!  But it is [...]

Hail Hail…

June 21, 2008

Tim Newlin tries to catch some hail during the rain/hail storm that fell in our bacckyard this afternoon.  It was really some wild weather – but only briefly, thank God!
