Farmer’s Pot Pie

Here is my new cross between “Shepherd’s Pie” and “Chicken Pot Pie.”  I call it “Farmer’s Pie.”  Yesterday Kathy stopped and picked up a roasted chicken from the store which we had for part of a Sunday dinner.
