We got to the Tungseth home around 11:00 a.m. and enjoyed a delicious meal of lasagna and Caesar salad. Karin is a good cook. Then we made our way to Trader Joe’s and got some goodies. Across the street was a Dunn Brother’s Coffee shop so we relaxed over some good coffee in St. Louis Park. There are so many coffee shops in the Twin Cities.
Of course we had to make a trip to IKEA! Thankfully, I didn’t take the van which crimped Kathy’s buying of furniture. Neat stuff and reasonable. We like the design of things Scandinavian.
We then went to a huge movie theater at Southdale Mall. Karin and Kathy went to see “Michael Clayton” and loved it. Trevor and I went to see “3:10 to Yuma” (Western) and loved this thought provoking morality play. Had dinner at Ruby Tuesday’s and then they dropped of at Spring Hill Suites. Nice digs.
